The use of services provided by modysmm establishes an agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of Service

  • By placing an order with modysmm , you automatically accept all the below listed term of services whatever you read them or not.

  • modysmm reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice.

  • modysmm rates are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • modysmm does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and modysmm will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
  • modysmm reserve the right to give you access to panel or not or we also reserve the right to stop business with you anytime without any notice and in that case we will send you your full available balance refund.
  • Placing dispute, Reporting bad about us skype group or anywhere, creating shitlist or any step that can harm our business reputation can bring permanent limitation in your account.
  • modysmm does not guarantee a Instant start for every orders on our instant marked services! Sometimes for some reasons some instant services may take time to start and we don't offer refund for this type delay
    Before asking for support for a order be sure your order is at least 24 hours old as we check a order manually only its 24 hours old even if the service suppose to be instant !

  • modysmm tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our resellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

  • When a order is running ( Not Yet Completed ) in modysmm for same link you can't order for this similar service to our panel again or you can't order it somewhere else or you can't continue promote this link in your way ! If face problem for this not possible any refund.

  • For security reason we support one paypal for one user only! That means you can't use more than one PayPal to add balance to your account and also you can't use a PayPal to add balance which is already used to another user ! Accounts will be disabled without any notice for Breaking this rules

  • Auto likes To prevent spam our unlimited autolikes are Limited to maximum 10 posts per 24 hours ! Means if someone add 12 post per day he will get likes to only first 10 posts that day !



  • We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be made to Paypal. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from modysmm 

  • You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargebackagainst us for any reason.

  • If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future Smm orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any smm service followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.

  • Smm Orders placed in modysmm will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed.You will receive a refund credit to your modysmm account if the order is non deliverable

  • Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.

  • Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards or paypals will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
